Sri Lankan food is flavourful, spicy, colourful and incredibly delicious. You will definitely crave it when you are back home. So, here's an opportunity for you to learn more about Sri Lankan cuisine and pick up a few great recipes, coupled with a fun and interactive adventure of shopping for groceries from local traders. Your host will hand you a grocery list of items to purchase and the local currency. With your host, you will visit a few local traders and buy the vegetables you need for today's class. Once we have everything we need, we will return to the hotel and start cooking a delectable Sri Lankan meal.
