ARRACK PAIRING EXPERIENCE

You have heard of wine tasting and wine flights. Water Garden has localised this loved indulgence to introduce an arrack pairing experience. Arrack is Sri Lanka's locally blended spirit. During the days of the Kandyan Kingdom, it was the celebratory drink consumed by royalty and elites in society. In the 18th century, two business partners (one from England and the other from the USA) discovered the drink, which they turned into a spirit that rivalled Scotch whiskey. Your experience will start at our twin-level bar, where you will meet your host/ mixologist. You will be given a flight of different arracks and offered some local bar culture favourites that will complement the arrack well. With your host, you will start to taste six different blends of arrack while learning about the story of this acclaimed spirit.
