Arrack Pairing Experience

You have heard of wine tasing and wine flights. We at Water Garden have localized this loved indulgence to introduce an arrack pairing experience. Arrack is Sri Lanka’s locally blended spirit. During the days of the Kandyan Kingdom it was the celebratory drink consumed by royalty and elites in the society. In the 18th century the drink was discovered by two business partners (one from England and the other from USA), who turned it into a spirit that rivalled Scotch whiskey. Your experience will start at our twin level bar where you will meet your host/ mixologist. You will be given a flight of different arrack. You will then be offered some local bar culture favorites that will complement the arrack well. Together with your mixologist host you will then start to taste these different blends of arracks whilst learning about the story of this acclaimed spirit.
