Recently, our team spotted an elusive Eurasian Otter, locally known as Diya Balla, gracefully navigating the waterways that weave through our resort. This rare and vulnerable species is not commonly seen in Sri Lanka, as it flourishes only in pristine, unpolluted waters. Its presence here is not only a magical sighting but also a powerful testament to the health and vitality of our ecosystem.
